Booking direct gives you a reservation. Booking with us gives you an advocate, personalized guidance, and a seamless travel experience. We work for you—not the cruise line—helping you choose the right itinerary, stateroom, inclusions, and overall experience based on how you want to travel. We look beyond the advertised price to understand the true value, coordinate the important details, and help make your entire journey feel effortless from start to finish.
We can assist with your flights, pre- and post-trip accommodations, transportation, activities, travel protection, and more, so you have one trusted point of contact throughout the planning process. If questions arise or plans change, you have Susan and Heather in your corner from the first idea through your return home.

We review what you shared and contact you based on your preferred form of communication. We will ask a few helpful questions, listen to what matters to you and explain the next step clearly. You are not expected to arrive with a complete itinerary or every answer already decided.
