What Travelers Say About Working With Heather
Heather Sano has been a great partner in planning our cruise. She is highly professional, responds in a timely way, and goes the extra mile to assure that our cruise vacation is worry free. I look forward to working with her through the cruise planning process and for future vacations.
Heather Sano was beyond helpful.... We will certainly use her again, and she’s looking out for things for us. With our trip since it is a year away!.... she will be highly recommended!
Heather was wonderful: she listened to our group’s needs & responded accordingly.
What Travelers Say About Working With Susan
Susan Burzlaff was beyond excellent. Susan walked my cousin and me through several options, answered questions regarding more than one cruise line and double-checked to ensure our information was entered correctly. It was like working with a longtime friend who only wanted the best for our travel experience.
Susan is very knowledgeable and accommodating. She answered my questions thoroughly and with great patience. She got me everything I wanted in a timely manner. I will definitely call Susan again to help arrange my future vacations and will not hesitate to refer her to my friends.
Susan Burzlaff was the reason for the high rating. She made it extremely easy to make our travel plans and provided every aspect of our trip details in a timely and extremely friendly manner. Susan was a pleasure to work with and was always available to speak with. This kind of assistance was far and above virtually any other service we have experienced.
Before we begin
Questions We’re Often Asked
You do not need to have every detail figured out before contacting us. Here are a few things travelers often want to know first.
I know I want to travel, but I do not know where to go. Can you still help?
Absolutely. We can begin with how you want the trip to feel, what you enjoy, what you would rather avoid, your preferred pace and the experiences that matter most. From there, Susan or Heather can help narrow the possibilities into options that make sense for you.
Why book with Dawn2Dusk Adventures instead of booking directly with the cruise line or tour company?
Booking direct gives you a reservation. Booking with us gives you an advocate, personalized guidance, and a seamless travel experience. We work for you—not the cruise line—helping you choose the right itinerary, stateroom, inclusions, and overall experience based on how you want to travel. We look beyond the advertised price to understand the true value, coordinate the important details, and help make your entire journey feel effortless from start to finish.
We can assist with your flights, pre- and post-trip accommodations, transportation, activities, travel protection, and more, so you have one trusted point of contact throughout the planning process. If questions arise or plans change, you have Susan and Heather in your corner from the first idea through your return home.
And in most cases, you do not pay more to work with us than you would booking directly—you simply gain an added layer of expertise, support, and personal service.
Luxury isn’t just about where you travel. It’s about having every detail thoughtfully planned, supported, and tailored to you.
Can you help with the details beyond the cruise, tour or resort?
Yes. Depending on your vacation, we can help coordinate important pieces such as flights, pre- or post-trip hotels, transfers, travel protection and other arrangements. Our goal is to look at the whole journey, not only the reservation.
What happens after I submit the planning form?
We review what you shared and contact you based on your preferred form of communication. We will ask a few helpful questions, listen to what matters to you and explain the next step clearly. You are not expected to arrive with a complete itinerary or every answer already decided.
