Bucket List Journeys

What belongs on your list?

You may already know the place you have pictured for years. Or your next great trip may be somewhere you have never thought to look. Let this page be the spark.

A list can begin with one feeling

You do not have to know where yet.

Maybe you want to stand somewhere that makes the world feel very large. Watch wildlife without a fence between you. Taste a meal you will talk about for years. Play a favorite sport in a place you never imagined bringing your clubs or paddle.

Susan and Heather can start with the destination already on your mind—or with the feeling you want the trip to create—and help turn it into a journey that fits you.

Start with curiosity

Places that may change what is on your list

Each button opens its own highlighted collection of possibilities. Explore the photographs, follow what catches your attention and add any idea that feels like it might belong on your list.

Wild Places

Some journeys stay with us because they place us in front of something much bigger than ourselves: moving wildlife, ancient ice, open desert or mountains without an end in sight.

Icebergs and snow-covered mountains reflected in Antarctic water Edge of the world

Antarctica by Expedition Ship

Cross into a world of blue ice, penguin colonies and long stretches of astonishing quiet. The right ship, activity level and sailing window can completely shape the experience.

Imagine: Zodiac landings, wildlife, glaciers and a smaller expedition ship
Elephants together in Tanzania's Serengeti Wildlife

Safari, Then the Indian Ocean

Begin with early game drives and evenings under an enormous sky, then slow the pace on Zanzibar, the Seychelles or Mauritius. Adventure and rest can belong in the same trip.

Imagine: Tanzania or Botswana paired with a beautiful island stay

Patagonia & the Chilean Fjords

Choose your own version of the south: dramatic day hikes, glacier views from a comfortable lodge, or a small ship tracing the fjords where roads disappear.

Let what you love lead

Your passion—not only the destination—can shape the journey.

Sports can be part of it, but they are only the beginning. Food, wildlife, history, music, photography, wellness, rail and the simple pleasure of learning something new can all become the thread that holds an extraordinary trip together.

Golf

Play where the game began.

Build a Scotland journey around St Andrews, then add coastal links, castle stays, whisky country or time in Edinburgh for a trip that works beautifully beyond the tee box.

Pickleball

Play between Danube ports.

AmaMagna's full-size Sun Deck court turns time between European cities into something delightfully unexpected: a friendly game with river views moving past you.

Food, wine & beer

Let the table guide the map.

Plan around vineyard visits, market mornings, cooking with a local family, brewery traditions or a river itinerary where the flavors of the region become part of each day.

Wildlife

Go where the animals set the schedule.

From African game drives and Galápagos shores to polar colonies and rainforest encounters, the right guide, season and level of activity can transform a wildlife trip.

History & culture

Stand where the story happened.

Ancient temples, Silk Road cities, family roots, battlefields, castles and living traditions become more meaningful when the route leaves room for context and conversation.

Photography & scenery

Travel for the light and the view.

Give yourself time for a mountain sunrise, a dramatic coastline, quiet streets before the crowds or the patience to wait for wildlife to enter the frame.

Wellness & renewal

Come home feeling restored.

A beautiful spa, thermal waters, gentle movement, nourishing food, time outdoors or simply a slower itinerary can make rest an intentional part of the journey.

Rail & scenic travel

Make the journey part of the destination.

Cross the Alps, follow Japan by train, watch the Canadian Rockies unfold or connect several European cities without treating the time between them as something to rush through.

A little curiosity can change the map

Where should your bucket list take you?

Answer eight quick questions and discover three travel directions—including places you may never have thought to put on your list.

Question 1 of 8 Choose the answer that feels most like you

When you picture an unforgettable trip, what do you feel first?

Questions are welcome

What travelers often wonder next

Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before reaching out?

No. You can come to us with a specific destination or with a few interests, priorities and feelings you want the trip to create. Narrowing the possibilities is part of how we help.

How far ahead should a bucket-list trip be planned?

It depends on the destination, season and experience. Trips involving small expedition ships, limited lodges, special events or popular room categories often benefit from a longer lead time. We can explain what matters for the journey you are considering.

Can you build a trip around golf, pickleball, food or another interest?

Yes. An interest can be the centerpiece of the vacation or simply one memorable part of a broader itinerary. We will look at both the activity itself and what everyone wants from the rest of the trip.

Can a cruise be combined with time on land?

Absolutely. Pre- and post-cruise stays can add the city, national park, rail journey or slower local experience that makes the trip feel complete.
